Emily is a ST3 in General Surgery in the South East of England. She was elected to Executive Committee of the Association of Surgeons in Training (ASiT) to hold the role of Yearbook and App Editor in 2022-2023 and then Treasurer for 2023-2025. She is also the ASiT Representative to the Women in Surgery (WinS) Forum at RCSEng. Emily graduated from Brighton & Sussex Medical School in 2020 and also completed a BSc in Functional and Clinical Anatomy at the University of Bristol. She has been a keen advocate of surgical research collaboratives and has been on both the STARSurg and EuroSurg Steering Committees. She was a surgical-oncology themed Academic Foundation Trainee at the University of Cambridge, where she was also an undergraduate clinical supervisor.
